The Back Carry

Well here is the original inspiration, The Baby Lady episode 1. Thinking I was going to do some type of instructional video this one morphed into a demonstration and set the ball rolling for my new passion, video making. Made 100% on a smartphone and on a whim this was the birth of The Baby Lady.

Here you will see, I have mad skills. (For having babies and wearing them…) Hey, everyone is good at something. Used in this video, the Ergo baby carrier, the Cadillac of carriers in my experience.

The Fitness Expert

No, it’s not what you think… The Baby Lady’s fitness routine is, well, non-existent. It’s not for lack of intention and I could seriously come up with a lot of legitimate excuses, if I thought you wanted to hear them. Simply put, whatever fitness level I maintain is strictly achieved through vigorous cleaning of daily household disasters and feverish chasing of small to medium sized children. Mostly to keep them from harming themselves or one another but often with great restraint from harming them myself. Sweat pouring, heart racing and rage building I am compelled to think, “Wow this is great exercise.”

Then I look at the life of someone spectacular like Amber Luj. You haven’t seen physically fit until you have seen Amber. I know what you’re thinking, “Sure, but she is probably shallow and mean…” No such luck, so quit your hatin’ because this mother of four is as sweet as she is fit!

Prenatal Yoga with The Baby Lady

Want an informational video and demonstration on how to practice prenatal yoga and stay fit during pregnancy? Well you have come to the wrong place… Go ahead, laugh at me as I demonstrate simple yoga postures with much distraction and difficulty. I am hardly even pregnant yet and should be capable too.

Don’t judge

You try spending an afternoon with my 6 children and find inner peace. Your video might look even funnier, or just plain scary. Not to mention that I am up against 12 years of sleep deprivation and currently suffering from morning sickness.
